MeinmahlaKyun Wildlife Sanetuary

MeinmahlaKyun Wildlife Sanctuary is a good place for every adventurous visitor as well as land animals and marine creatures in the oceanic nature mangrove ecosystem of Myanmar Water-territory. Its area is (52.78) square miles and can be reached there by both land-route and water way. By water way, it is (87) miles far from Yangon to Bogalay by 8-hour boat trip and by Land route, (84) miles from Yangon to Bogalay under 5-hour drive by car. Then, proceed to MainmahlaKyun by engine-boat under 3-hour drive for the distance of 12 miles.

While studying the hatching camps of crocodiles, one can observe the conservation of Mangrove forest, herbal-park, mangrove park in Byonemywey Island either along the wooden bridge or on watch tower conserved sun set view can be enjoyed on Meinmahla Island.

Thus wildlife sanctuary has been existed as precious natural resource not only for the visitors but also for the global environment.
